Factors Affecting a School Life Satisfaction and Self-Esteem of College Students

Abstract
The objective of this study is to aimat improving college students` loyalty in college life by analyzing various factors that affect self-esteem scale and satisfaction of college life and boosting their satisfaction. The analysis revealed that general characteristic of students and college students` self-esteem have a close relationship with age, allowance, religion, part-time job, satisfaction of major, club activity, friendship, and importance of college life. Furthermore, the general characteristic of students and college life satisfaction are attributed to major in college life, college rules in residency, and welfare facilities in age. The self-esteem and college life satisfaction for those, who have allowance and religion, have strong relationship with part-time job. The psychological and economical factors play a major role in college students` life in college.
